正交法优选板蓝根总有机酸的提取工艺条件

[摘要]目的：优选并确立板蓝根中总有机酸的最佳提取工艺。方法：以总有机酸的溶出率为指标，采用正交设计试验法对提取过程中的板蓝根提取溶剂浓度、溶剂用量、提取次数、提取时间等4个因素进行优选研究，应用直接电位法测定提取物中总有机酸的含量。结果：最佳提取条件为乙醇浓度70%，用量为药材7倍量，提取3次，每次1.5 h，在此条件下总有机酸提取率为5.32%。结论：采用此种提取方法不仅能够充分提取板蓝根中总有机酸成分，而且经济可靠，对板蓝根制剂的提取工艺改进有重要意义。
