积极早期处理对复合骨折疗效影响分析
[摘要] 目的：探讨积极早期处理对复合骨折治疗的影响。方法：对所收治212例患者的治疗措施及疗效作回顾性分析。结果：死亡5例, 骨延迟愈合3例, 伤口感染8例,其余患者术后未发生脂肪栓塞、深静脉血栓形成及全身合并症。结论：早期诊断治疗对此类病患骨折愈合、功能恢复、减少并发症有积极影响。
