妇炎消泡腾栓的制备及应用(1)

[摘要] 目的：制定妇炎消泡腾栓的制备工艺及质量标准，并观察其临床疗效。方法：用薄层色谱法对妇炎消泡腾栓的主药进行鉴别；对150例各类阴道炎患者进行疗效观察，并与复方甲硝唑栓治疗的150例患者进行比较。结果：质控方法可靠；妇炎消泡腾栓临床疗效好，总有效率达96.7%，与复方甲硝唑栓治疗组比较，差异有统计学意义。结论：该制剂制备工艺可行，质量可控，疗效显著，应用前景良好。
