[摘要]pH 4.8,锌在HOAc-NaOAc底液中可产生一个灵敏吸附波的最佳条件,应用于测定食品中锌含量,方法简便、快速、灵敏度、回收率较高。

[Abstract] It was reported in this paper that in a buffer solution of HOAc-NaOAc (pH=4.8 ),Zn(Ⅱ) which was usually added as nutritive intensifying agents could be determined successively by stripping voltammetry in food.The proposed method was proved to be accurate,rapid,sensitive and also convenient to operate.
