[摘要] 目的：评价功能性垂体腺瘤行经蝶窦显微外科手术的安全性和有效性。方法：回顾性分析38例老年功能性垂体腺瘤经蝶窦显微外科治疗的临床资料, 所有患者均在显微镜放大8～10 倍下切除肿瘤。结果：本组大腺瘤28 例, 巨腺瘤11 例, 全切除26 例, 次全切除10 例, 大部分切除5 例, 术后无死亡。随访6 个月～3年, 肿瘤消失19 例, 残瘤静止5例, 复发再手术2 例。结论：经过正确的围手术期处理, 经蝶窦显微外科治疗老年功能性垂体腺瘤是一种安全、有效的方法。

    The surgery therapy of functionpituitary adenomas in old patients

    [Abstract] Objective:To assess the safety and effectiveness of transsphenoidal microsurgery on functionpituitary adenomas in old patients.Methods:38 patients with function pituitary adenomas undergone transsphenoidal microsurgical therapy.Results:There were 28 cases of macroadenomas and 11 giant adenomas. Total resection was achieved in 26 cases, subtotal in 10 cases , partial in 5 cases. No surgical mortality. During a follow up peroid of 6 months to 3 years , tumor disappeared in 19 cases , the residuary tumor was stable in 5 cases.Conclusion: Transsphenoidal microsurgery is a safe and effective method for treatment of function pituitary adenomas in old patients. Peri-operative management is very important. ......
