中老年人血脂分析及对策

[摘要] 目的：了解本地区中老年人的血脂现状，并对如何预防血脂异常进行探讨。方法：对2007年1~7月来我院进行健康体检的中老年人血脂的测定结果进行分析。结果：随着年龄增长血脂水平呈升高趋势。结论：调整生活方式、饮食习惯，定期做血脂检测，可促进中老年人保持健康状态。

[Abstract] Objective: To understand the status of blood fat in Luzhou and to discuss the measure of preventing abnormal blood fat. Methods: The results of blood fat in the middle-aged and old people from our hostital were analyzed. Results:The blood fat increased with the increasing of the age. Conclusion: The adjustment of life style, diet custom, making the blood fat examination regularly can promote the middle-aged and old people to maintain the healthy condition ......
