不同年龄组幽门螺杆菌感染与胃、十二指肠病变关系探讨

[摘要] 目的：探讨不同年龄组幽门螺杆菌(Helicobacter pylori，Hp)感染与胃、十二指肠球部病变的关系，试图为进一步完善Hp根治方案提供依据。方法：观察青年组、老年组组间及各组内不同胃、十二指肠球部病变与Hp感染的关系。结果：青年组不同胃、十二指肠球部病变均与Hp感染密切相关。老年组仅见胃、十二指肠球部溃疡与Hp感染密切相关。结论：对所有胃、十二指肠球部溃疡患者必须进行Hp根治治疗。而对于其他的胃黏膜病变者，Hp根治治疗在中青年者中意义更大。
