[摘要] 目的：探讨急性白血病骨髓细胞中Survivin、bcl-2蛋白的表达及相关性。方法：采用免疫组化S-P法检测70例白血病患者骨髓细胞Survivin、bcl-2蛋白表达情况。结果：病例组、ANLL、ALL、CML组Survivin、bcl -2蛋白阳性表达率明显高于对照组，差异有显著性(P<0.01)；ANLL、CML组Survivin、bcl-2蛋白阳性表达率明显高于ALL组，差异有显著性(P<0.01)；而ANLL与CML组之间差异无显著性(P>0.05)；Spearman秩和相关分析显示，Survivin、bcl-2蛋白表达呈显著正相关(rs=0.32，P<0.01)。结论：Survivin、bcl-2均与白血病发生、发展密切相关，且两者有一定的协同效应。

[Abstract] Objective:To examine the expression of Survivin and bcl-2 proteins in bone marrow cells of leukemia， and to detect correlation of them.Methods:S-P immunohistochemistry detected the expression of Survivin and bcl-2 in bone marrow cell of 70 cases whith leukemia. Results:The positive expression rates of Survivin and bcl-2 in patient group ，ANLL，ALL and CML were higher than in control group， with significant difference(P0.05).
