溴氰菊酯对大鼠脑血红素氧化酶-1的影响(1)

     [摘要] 目的:研究溴氰菊酯(DM)对大鼠脑皮质及海马血红素氧化酶-1(HO-1)mRNA及蛋白表达的影响。方法:健康SD雄性大鼠36只,随机分为对照组(腹腔注射色拉油)、低剂量DM组(腹腔注射1.25 mg/kg DM)、高剂量DM组(腹腔注射12.5 mg/kg DM),连续染毒5 d,末次染毒24 h后以原位杂交法测定皮质及海马HO-1 mRNA的表达,以免疫组化法测定HO-1蛋白表达。结果:与正常对照组相比,高剂量DM组HO-1 mRNA表达阳性细胞数明显增多(P<0.05);而HO-1蛋白表达阳性细胞数则在低剂量DM组、高剂量DM组大鼠均明显增高(P<0.05),并随着染毒剂量的增加表达明显增强(P<0.05)。结论:溴氰菊酯可诱导大鼠脑皮质及海马HO-1表达增加,发挥一定保护作用。

    The effects of deltamethrin on heme oxygenase-1 in rats

    [Abstract] Objective: To observe the expression changes of heme oxygenase-1(HO-1) and its mRNA induced by delmathrin(DM) in rats. Methods: 36 healthy male SD rats were randomly divided into control, low DM(1.25 mg/kg DM), high DM(12.5 mg/kg DM)exposed groups, by giving intraperitoneal injection for 5 days. The number of protein expression of hemeoxygenase-1 and its mRNA were detected at 24 hours after the last intraperitoneal administration.Results: The HO-1 and its mRNA expressed positive cells were significantly increased in high DM group (P
