腹腔镜阑尾切除术与传统阑尾切除术临床比较分析

[摘要] 目的：探讨腹腔镜阑尾切除术(LA )与传统阑尾切除术(CA )的优缺点。方法：回顾性分析2003年4月～2007年4月，按意愿随机进行LA和CA 的120例阑尾炎患者的临床资料。结果：两组手术时间无差异(P>0.05) ,住院费用相似(P>0.05)，腹腔镜组住院时间短( P<0.05)，术后并发症少。结论：与CA 比较，LA具有创伤小、恢复快、并发症少等优点，是一种安全、理想的手术方式。
