液质联用技术分析延胡索中的生物碱类成分

     [摘要] 目的：分析延胡索中的生物碱类成分。方法：采用液质联用技术(HPLC-ESI-TOF/MS)分析鉴定了延胡索水提液中的叔铵碱类和季铵碱类成分。结果：根据所测得的各个组分分子离子峰的m/z值，通过查阅文献，鉴定出四氢非洲防己碱、原托品碱、延胡索碱等11个生物碱类成分。结论：本研究为分析延胡索中的生物碱类成分及其质量控制提供了可行的方法。
