RP-HPLC法测定当归芍药散中芍药苷的含量

[摘要] 目的：建立测定当归芍药散中芍药苷含量的方法。方法：采用反相高效液相色谱法，色谱柱为ODS DiamonsilTM C18(150 mm×4.6 mm，5 μm)，流动相为甲醇-0.5%醋酸(30∶70)，检测波长为230 nm，流速为1.0 ml/min。结果：芍药苷在20~100 μg/ml浓度范围内有良好的线性关系(r=0.999 6)；平均回收率为(99.9±1.6)%，RSD为1.14%。结论：本法测定当归芍药散中芍药苷的含量，结果准确、可靠。

[Abstract] Objective:To establish the method for the content determination of paeoniflorin in Danggui Shaoyao San. Methods: External standard method was conducted with the column of C18(150 mm×4.6 mm,5 μm), the mobile phase was methanol-0.5% acetic acid(30∶70), the flow rate was 1.0 ml/min, and the detective wavelength was set at 230 nm.
