[摘要] 目的：探讨VEGF在乳腺癌中的表达以及对预后的判断意义。方法：对43例乳腺癌患者手术切除的标本采用免疫组化方法(S-P法)进行VEGF检测。结果：VEGF阳性表达38例，表达率为88%， 其中，13例有腋窝淋巴结转移患者表现为(+++)；28例肿瘤长径>3 cm，占阳性表达38例患者中74%；2例复发病例均为有腋窝淋巴结转移的患者。结论：VEGF不但可作为判断乳腺癌转移的一个肿瘤标记物，还可以作为判断乳腺癌的预后指标。

    [Abstract] Objective:To explore the expression of vascular endothelial growth factor in breast cancer and the clinical significance of vascular endothelial growth factor for breast cancer prognosis.Methods:The expression of vascular endothelial growth factor in 43 cases samples of breast cancer patients were detected with immunohistochemistry.Results:There were 38 cases positive expression of vascular endothelial growth factor in 43 cases breast cancer.2 cases recurred after operation. Conclusion:VEGF may be used as a new tumor marker of breast cancer for diagnosis and prognosis of breast cancer. ......
