[摘要] 目的：探讨鼻内镜手术治疗真菌性上颌窦炎的方法和疗效。方法：分析真菌性上颌窦炎患者20例，总结其发病因素、临床表现、影像学特征、治疗方法和治疗效果。结果：随访6个月~2年，20例痊愈。结论：鼻内镜手术是治疗真菌性上颌窦炎的有效手段。

    20 cases analysis of mycotic nasosinusitis by nasal endoscopic surgery

    [Abstract] Objective: To investigate the method and efficacy of nasal endoscopic surgery in nasosinusitis. Methods:A retrospective analysis was made on 20 cases of mycotic nasosinusitis in this article. The factors, features, symptoms, treatments and the effects of treatment were analyzed. Results: Follow-up of 6 months to 2 year showed that 20 patients were cured. Conclusion:Nasal endoscopic surgery is an effective way to treat nasosinusitis.
