[摘要] 本文就如何培养具有“计量、检测”特色的药学专业人才进行探讨，主要谈如何构建科学合理的课程体系、特色鲜明的课外活动模块、完善的教学管理机制以及强大的师资队伍，并指出这些是培养特色药学专业人才的有效模式。

    [Abstract] To investigate the cultivation of "measurement and detection "pharmacy talents. It mainly talks about how to build scientific and reasonable subject system, build the unique activities after class, perfect mechanism of teaching administration and how to build an excellent teachers' teamwork group. And all of these are the effective model for cultivation of characteristic talented men of pharmacy.
