[摘要] 本文通过介绍我国医药咨询服务业的发展状况及存在问题，分析医药咨询服务的项目化特征，探讨医药服务应用项目管理的必然性和可行性，并针对项目管理的理念、方法、工具在医药咨询服务中的应用进行了初步的探索。
