[摘要] 本文通过总结门诊常见的药患纠纷，并对其加以分析，从而提出一些加强门诊药房管理的措施，以减少药患纠纷的发生，提高医院的药学服务质量。

    Disscussion on the causes and precautions of trouble between hospitals and patients

    [Abstrt] This article provides some measures for strengthening the administration of out-patient pharmacy, through concluding the cause of common troubles. That would reduce the break of trouble between hospitals and patients, and enhance the service quality of pharmacy department.
