关于骨科护士手卫生执行情况的调查研究

[摘要] 目的：调查骨科护士手卫生执行状况和加强预防医院感染的措施。方法：根据手卫生的要求设计了调查表，对湛江市8所医院的590名骨科护士进行了问卷调查，收回有效问卷554份。结果：骨科护士手卫生的执行不理想，护士通过不同渠道获得手卫生相关知识的占89.89%，仍有56人对手卫生知识之甚少(10.11%)。洗手中肥皂干燥保存的占37.5%，快速手消毒剂的提供占50.0%。结论：完善医院手卫生设施，提供快速手消毒剂，加强手卫生知识教育，提高骨科护士对手卫生重要性的认识，强化对手卫生知识的管理力度，才能有效提高骨科护士手卫生的执行率。

[Abstract] Objective: To evaluate the hand hygiene compliance(HHC) in orthopedics nurses. Methods: A questionnaire which was designed according to the requirement of hand hygiene was used to investigate 590 orthopedics nurses from 8 hospitals in Zhanjiang. Results: The HHC was bad; there were 89.89% of nurses gaining hand hygiene knowledge by different ways. Soaps that were kept in dry environment accounted for 37.5%. Conclusion: Completing the cleaning facilities, increasing the knowledge, reinforcing the education and management about hand hygiene can help to improve the HHC in orthopedics nurses effectively ......
