中草药注射剂在我院临床的应用分析

[摘要] 目的：了解我院3年来中草药注射剂主要品种的应用情况及变化趋势。方法：采用金额排序和限定日剂量为指标的分析方法，对我院2004~2006年中草药注射剂的出库数据资料进行统计分析。结果：居前10位的中草药注射剂中，以心脑血管系统用药最多，抗菌消炎用药次之。其中某些治疗心脑血管疾病的中草药注射剂应用量有所下降。结论：随着中草药注射剂在临床的应用日趋广泛，不良反应也日见增多，应引起临床医师及患者的高度重视。

[Abstract] Objective: To know the application and tendency of the key types of TCM injections in our hospital during recent 3 years. Methods: With the price order and day dosage limited being the index, the statistic and analysis were done for theoutput data of TCM injections in our hospital from 2004 to 2006. Results: The injections for cardioangiopathy were the most in the first 10 TCM injections; the second was for antibiotic and inflammation, however, the usage of some TCM injections for cardioangiopathy decreased ......
