索式提取与超声波提取对茴香抑菌成分的影响(1)

     [摘要] 研究乙醇提取八角茴香油的最佳工艺条件，比较索氏提取法与超声波提取法的效果。索氏提取法周期短，效率较高，产品杂质较少。超声波辅助提取所得到的提取物只是微溶于乙醇中，抗菌性实验发现，提取物即使在0.01 g/ml的提取物浓度下也无法显示出抑菌圈。由此可见，索氏提取法优于超声波提取法。
