[摘要] 目的：探讨电子病案(EMR)与法律价值的关系。方法：按照卫生部和省卫生厅病案书写的规定,对影响EMR法律价值的因素进行了分析。结果：EMR尚不具备法律效力、EMR书写不认真等种种因素，使EMR的法律价值受到影响; 加强对EMR的时限管理设计;制定质量及安全管理制度。结论：通过此举指，可减少了医疗纠纷的发生,提高工作效率和法律意识。

    [Abstract] Objective：To study the electronic medical record(EMR) and the relationship between the legal value. Method:According to the Ministry of Health and Provincial Health Office of the provisions of written cases, the impact on the value of EMR legal factors were analyzed. Results：EMR doesn't have legal effect; EMR was not serious writing and other factors, the legal value of the EMR be affected; EMR strengthen the management of the design time; develop quality and safety management system. Conclusion：Reduce the occurrence of a medical dispute, and improve their work efficiency and legal awareness. ......
