羊水栓塞4例临床分析

     [摘要] 目的：探讨羊水栓塞的早诊断、早处理的方法，以提高抢救成功率。方法：对我院6年以来住院分娩发生的4例羊水栓塞患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果：存活3例，死亡1例，2例行子宫全切术。结论：抢救成功的关键是早期诊断，果断采取有效的治疗措施。
