HPLC测定抗感冒片中对乙酰氨基酚含量

[摘要] 目的：建立用HPLC测定抗感冒片中对乙酰氨基酚的含量。方法：色谱柱为Symmetry C18(4.6 mm×150 mm，5 μm)；流动相为甲醇-水(15∶85)；柱温为30℃，流速为1.0 ml/min，检测波长为257 nm。结果：对乙酰氨基酚在4.998~499.8 μg/ml范围内呈良好的线性关系(r=0.999 4，n=5)，平均回收率为100.66%，RSD为1.3%。结论：本方法简便、快速、准确，适应于抗感冒片中对乙酰氨基酚的含量测定。
