[摘要] 目的：分析研究食管贲门癌手术治疗效果和伴发病的术后变化。方法：做好围手术期准备，选择食管癌行食管部分切除，胃经食管床，食管胃颈部吻合术，贲门癌行食管胃主动脉弓下吻合。结果：本组治愈578例，死亡1例，吻合口瘘1例。高血压、窦性心动过缓和过速术后趋于正常。结论：食管贲门癌伴有高血压、窦性心动过缓和过速手术后会发生非特异性血压降低，心率增快和心率减慢。充分术前准备是保证手术成功的关键。

    Surgical treatment of esophageal cardiac cancer observation and analysis of 960 cases

    [Abstract] Objective:Analysis of esophagus and cardia cancer treatment results with the incidence of postoperative changes. Methods:To carry out Perioperative preparation and choose esophageal resection of esophageal cancer, gastric esophageal bed, esophagus and stomach and neck anastomosis, esophageal gastric cardia cancer aortic arch anastomosis. Results: 578 cases cured, one case were dead, one case had anastomotic leakage. Hypertension, sinus bradycardia and tachycardia preferred to turn normal after operation.Conclusion:Nonspecific lower blood pressure, heart rate increased or decreased will happen after surgery in esophageal cardia cancer with hypertension, sinus bradycardia and tachycardia. Full preoperative preparation is the key to success of surgery guarantee. ......
