乌贼墨的抗感染作用(1)

[摘要] 目的：研究乌贼墨的体外抗菌作用和对小鼠感染模型的体内抗感染作用。方法：琼脂打孔法检测乌贼墨体外抗菌活性,并通过小鼠死亡率观察乌贼墨对小鼠抗感染能力的影响。结果：新鲜乌贼墨与粗提乌贼墨在体外对琼脂打孔法中的金黄色葡萄球菌、大肠埃希菌、肺炎双球菌无抑菌圈产生。但实验组小鼠大肠埃希菌感染后与对照组小鼠比较，其死亡率有明显降低。结论：用琼脂打孔法测新鲜乌贼墨与粗提乌贼墨在体外无抗菌活性，但粗提乌贼墨在体内可以提高小鼠对大肠埃希菌感染的抵抗力。
