[摘要] 目的：探讨包机转运汶川地震伤员转诊处置的运作模式。方法：通过对包机转运的汶川地震伤员转诊处置的总结与分析。结果：在广州白云国际机场，民航广州医院(白云机场急救中心)与广东省卫生厅以及省内多家医院一起，对677名重伤员成功进行医疗转运。结论：协助转诊各单位、各部门进行详细分工、熟悉转诊程序；多家医院接诊有利于整合资源，优势互补，提高接诊效率。

    [Abstract] Objective: To explore the operation mode of transferring medical treatment of patients coming from disaster area WENCHUAN by Charter flight. Methods: By analyzing the procedure of medical transport of patients coming from disaster area WENCHUAN by Charter flight. Results: all of the 677 patients were successfully transported to the destination. Conclusion: Help Hospitals which received patients to distribute tasks rationally and know the procedure of transferring medical treatment well; Many Hospitals being united to rescue had advantages on integrating medical resources and improving efficiency. ......
