HPLC法测定归芍胶囊中芍药苷的含量

[摘要] 目的:建立用HPLC测定归芍胶囊中的芍药苷含量方法。方法:采用高效液相色谱法，C18(250 mm×4.6 mm,5 μm)，流动相:甲醇-水(25∶75)，检测波长:230 nm，流速:1 ml/min。结果:芍药苷在0.41～4.08 μg范围内线性关系良好，芍药苷的平均回收率为98.9%,RSD=0.6%(n=5)。结论:该方法灵敏、专属性好、重现性好。
