石榴皮中鞣花酸的提取工艺研究

     [摘要] 目的：考察石榴皮中鞣花酸的提取工艺。方法：选用4因素3水平正交表L9(34)，以薄层扫描法测定鞣花酸含量，考察4个因素(溶剂类型，提取时间，提取次数，溶剂用量)、3个水平对鞣花酸提取率的影响。结果：鞣花酸的最佳提取工艺为用1 mol/L的盐酸水溶液、8倍量、回流提取60 min、提取2次；结论：溶剂类型对鞣花酸的提取率影响最大，本研究确定的鞣花酸提取工艺合理、可行。
