注射用辅酶A的工艺优化

     [摘要] 目的：优化注射用辅酶A工艺制备的条件。方法：将辅料用药用炭吸附处理后，加入原料辅酶A配液；在传统的药液过滤系统后再增加超滤设备。结果：注射用辅酶A工艺优化后,实测含量比原工艺提高了10%以上，产品收率提高了3个百分点。结论：制备工艺改进后，成品含量有一定程度的上升;废品率明显下降。
