     [摘要] 目的：评价二甲双胍治疗NASH的临床疗效。方法：入选病人随机分为对照和治疗组，分别给予保肝、饮食运动综合治疗和在此基础上的二甲双胍治疗。结果：BMI、FI、ALT、AST、GGT等均有明显改善。结论：二甲双胍治疗NASH的临床疗效是肯定的。
