[摘要] 目的：探讨超微粉通心络与阿司匹林联用治疗冠心病不稳定型心绞痛的疗效。方法：对30例冠心病患者应用超微粉通心络加阿司匹林治疗，另30例病人单用阿司匹林治疗观察临床症状的缓解效果。结果：超微粉通心络与阿司匹林联用，患者症状改善更优于单用阿司匹林组(P<0.05)。结论：超微粉通心络与阿司匹林联用对于改善冠心病患者的症状疗效显著，适于推广。
