地势对农村居民饮用水的影响

     [摘要] 目的:了解地理位置及地势特点对本市农村居民饮用水的影响,为改善居民饮水质量、预防水介疾病提供依据。方法:2005~2007年,根据不同地势特点(沿海、平原丘陵、丘陵山区)采用多阶段抽样方法,调查农村饮水情况。结果:总硬度、细菌总数、氯化物、总大肠菌群、铅、肉眼可见物、铁、pH、锌、氟化物、色度、溶解性总固体,其阳性检出率有显著性差异 (P<0.01)。对不同地势特点的饮用水中总硬度、铅、氯化物两两比较结果显示,平原地区高于其他两个地区,有显著性差异 (P<0.01),其饮用水中细菌总数比较,以丘陵山区饮用水中细菌总数最高。结论:总硬度、细菌总数、氯化物、铅是影响本市农村居民饮用水的主要因素,氯化物含量与沿海岸线有关,丘陵山区细菌总数最高,建议不同的地理位置和地势特点,应采用不同的改水措施。
