阿奇霉素胶囊工艺流程的优化及其设备探讨

     [摘要] 目的:通过实验室及生产数据分析,说明水分对阿奇霉素胶囊稳定性的影响,从而优化工艺流程;通过对生产流程的探讨,改进生产设备,得出一种生产胶囊高效而又环保的工艺。方法:通过测定胶囊的溶出度、汇总加速实验数据及对设备因素分析,筛选最佳的物料与设备。结果:实验数据表明,水分对于阿奇霉素胶囊的稳定性有很大的影响,现存生产工艺存在缺点,筛选设备和物料后流程进一步优化。结论:设计后方案高效环保切实可行。

    [Abstract] Objective:Analysis the data obtained from trial and manufacturing to explain the infection of water content to azithromycin capsule and optimize the manufacturing process. Discuss the manufacturing process to improve the manufacturing equipment and develop an effective and environment protective process for medicinal capsules manufacturing. Methods:According to the capsule's dissolution, accelerated study data and equipment analysis to choose the best material and equipment. Results: The data indicates that the water content has a big influence to the stability of azithromycin capsule, there is disadvantage in the current manufacturing process and it will be optimized after material and equipment chosen ......
