[摘要] 目的：调查信阳市浉河区生殖道感染(RTI)妇女治疗状况和持续高发病率因素，探讨有效的干预措施。方法：对3 173例下生殖道感染妇女进行妇科检查和实验室检查，同时咨询调查治疗经过。结果：规范治疗率10.81%，痊愈率从高到低依次是：细菌性阴道炎(49.34%)，滴虫性阴道炎(19.67%)，外阴阴道假丝酵母菌阴道炎(15.69%)，宫颈炎(15.30%)。结论：下生殖道感染的久治不愈与大量的不规范治疗和患者的自我保护意识不强双重因素有关。
