何首乌清蒸工艺的探讨

     [摘要] 目的：研究何首乌不同蒸制时间糖类成分的含量变化。方法：用硫酸-苯酚法测定何首乌及其炮制品中还原性糖，水溶性糖和多糖的含量。结果：何首乌炮制后均较生品含糖量高，其中蒸制35 h，100℃干燥，还原性糖和水溶性糖含量最高。结论：清蒸何首乌最佳条件为蒸制35 h，100℃干燥。
