何首乌清蒸工艺的探讨

[摘要] 目的:研究何首乌不同蒸制时间糖类成分的含量变化。方法:用硫酸-苯酚法测定何首乌及其炮制品中还原性糖,水溶性糖和多糖的含量。结果:何首乌炮制后均较生品含糖量高,其中蒸制35 h,100℃干燥,还原性糖和水溶性糖含量最高。结论:清蒸何首乌最佳条件为蒸制35 h,100℃干燥。

[Abstract] Objective: To research the contents of saccharides in radix polygoni multiflori with different steamed time.Methods: The contents of reducing saccharides, water-soluble saccharides and polysaccharides in radix polygoni multiflori and its processed products were determined by phenol-sulpheric acid method.
