乙型肝炎病毒感染者PreS1-Ag、PreS2-Ag与HBV测定分析

[摘要] 目的：研究乙型肝炎病毒(HBV)感染者PreS1-Ag和PreS2-Ag与HBV-M之间的关系。方法：用ELISA法对316例HBV感染者血清进行PreS1-Ag和PreS2-Ag及HBV-M检测。结果：对照组的血清PreS1-Ag和PreS2-Ag与HBV-M为阴性，而HBV感染者血清PreS1-Ag和PreS2-Ag在三种主要模式中的检出率分别为88.8%，76.3%；70.3%，55.4%；68.2%，55.7%。结论：PreS1-Ag和PreS2-Ag更敏感地反映了HBV的感染和复制程度，对乙肝血清标志物检测起重要的补充作用。

[Abstract] Objective: To study the correlation of PreS1-Ag,PreS2-Ag and HBV-M in hepatitis B virus (HBV) infected person.
