[摘要] 目的：探讨两种不同的心理护理方法对无痛人工流产术术前焦虑及术后康复的影响。方法：将62例择期行无痛人工流产手术早孕妇女随机分为实验组(30例，接受研究者制订的系统化口头的心理护理，并发放书面心理护理资料，术后再接受研究者的心理护理)和对照组(32例，接受当班护士口头一般心理护理)，并测定其术前焦虑、心率、收缩压以及术后身体恢复的有关各项指标。结果：实验组手术前焦虑及术后疼痛显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论：本研究采用系统化口头心理护理，并发放书面的心理护理资料，在有效缓解术前焦虑，加速术后身体恢复等方面效果优于一般口头心理护理。

Effect of different styles of psychological care method on preoperative anxiety and postoperative rehabilitation of patients with painless abortion

[Abstract] Objective: To discuss the effect of two different styles of psychological care method on preoperative anxiety and postoperative rehabilitation of patients with painless abortion. Methods: 62 early pregnancy women who would be operated on selective painless abortion were divided into the experimental group (30 patients, acceptting systematic and oral psychological care, given written psychological care information and received psychological care postoperation) and the control group (32 patients, received oral and general psychological care from the nurse on duty), and then the preoperative anxiety, heart rate, blood pressure and the relevant indexes were determined after recovery. Results: Preoperative anxiety and postoperative pain of the experimental group were prominently lower than those in control group(P<0.05). Conclusion: This research uses systemic and oral psychological care and provides the written psychological care information and its effects on efficiently alleviating the preoperative anxiety and accelerating the recovery of the body after operation are superior to that of general oral psychological care.

随着生活水平的提高及医疗技术的发展，无痛人工流产术在人工流产中逐渐开展起来。无论手术大小，对于患者来讲都是一种强烈的心理刺激，紧张、焦虑等是患者普遍存在的负性情绪[1]。这些消极的心理反应对手术实施及预后可能造成诸多不利的影响，如手术效果差、失血量增大、易引起并发症等[2]。当反应过于剧烈时，会严重影响手术及麻醉的顺利进行及术后康复。这就需要医护人员及时进行有效的心理护理，现将我院门诊妇科62例无痛人工流产术患者生理、心理以及术后恢复有关的各项指标报道如下：
