[摘要] 目的：对有机磷农药中毒患者急救进行总结，用以指导临床急救。方法：口服有机磷农药中毒患者84例，其中重度中毒3例。所有患者给予洗胃，并根据中毒情况使用阿托品，密切观察患者生命体征。结果：成功抢救83例，1例死亡，无明显后遗症。结论：对于有机磷中毒患者应合理使用阿托品，并严密观察生命体征。

    Experience in emergency treatment of organophosphorus pesticide poisoning

    [Abstract] Objective: To sum up the first-aid in patients with organophosphorus pesticide poisoning, and to guide clinical treatment. Methods:84 cases of oral organophosphorus pesticide poisoning patients, of which 3 cases of severe poisoning. All the patients were given gastric lavage, according to the use of atropine poisoning, close observation of vital signs of patients. Results: Successful rescue of 83 cases and one death,and there was no serious complications in the course of treatmentand after treatment. Conclusion: Rational use of atropine in patients with organophosphate poisoning, and to give close observation to the vital signs of patients. ......
