黑桑椹对老年大鼠的活血降脂作用研究(1)

     [摘要] 目的:研究黑桑椹对老年大鼠的活血降脂作用。方法:老年大鼠被随机分为对照组、10%果汁组、10%桑椹果组3组,8周后,大鼠的血清和血液用于各项指标的。结果:与对照组相比,黑桑椹果汁和桑椹果组大鼠的红细胞超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)、膜结合酶(Na+-K+-ATP酶)活性,以及高密度脂蛋白含量均增加;膜脂流动性得到改善;同时,桑椹组的血清和红细胞膜中脂质过氧化产物丙二醛(MDA)含量和血液总胆固醇含量降低;处理组抗动脉硬化指数与对照组相比显著升高(P<0.05)。结论:黑桑椹果与果汁具有一定的活血、降脂和抗动脉粥样硬化的效果。

    Study on activating blood and hypolipidemic effects of black mulberry on aged rats

    [Abstract] Objective: To study the activating blood and hypolipidemic effects of black mulberry on aged rats. Methods:Aged rats were randomly divided into 3 groups. Treatment rats were fed with black mulberry fruits or juice, respectively. The blood of rats in treatment groups and control group was determined after 8 weeks treatment. Results: Compared to the control group, SOD, GSH-Px, the primary enzyme of the membrane Na+-K+-ATPase activities of rat erythrocytes and HDL-C in the blood treated by mulberry juice and fruits were increased, and the erythrocyte membrane fluidity of aged rats were improved; at same time, mulberry treatment significantly decreased MDA content in the serum and erythrocytes total cholesterol(TC) of rats. The anti-atherogenic indexes (AAI) were distinguished increased in the mulberry groups(P<0.05). Conclusion: Black mulberry fruits and juice have effects on activating blood, hypolipidemic and anti-atherosolerosis effects.

    桑椹是一种桑科植物桑 (Morus alba L. )的果实,桑在世界各地分布广泛,在热带、亚热带和温带气候环境中均有生长[1]。中国有6 000多年的栽桑养蚕历史,桑椹资源十分丰富。桑的叶、果、木和根有很多用途。历代草本将其列为滋阴补肾、黑发明目的滋补抗老药材。《本草纲目》对其食疗价值记载:味甘、辛、寒、无毒、利肝养肾。研究报道桑叶抽提成分能显著降低糖尿病小鼠的胆固醇[2]、血糖水平[3]、植物激素[4]和糖蛋白[5];黑桑椹具有调节促进免疫功能,延长果蝇寿命,抗诱变等作用且无毒性[6,7] ......
