注射用盐酸头孢吡肟与4种常用输液配伍的稳定性研究

     [摘要] 目的:使用高效液相色谱法(HPLC)研究注射用盐酸头孢吡肟与4种常用输液配伍的稳定性。方法:盐酸头孢吡肟与4种输液按临床应用配伍,考察室温下12 h内溶液的pH值及外观变化,采用HPLC法考察头孢吡肟的含量变化。结果:在室温条件下,与生理氯化钠溶液配伍后,6 h内基本稳定;与10%葡萄糖、5%葡萄糖氯化钠和5%葡萄糖配伍后,随着时间的延长,8 h内含量分别降至96.11%、97.06%和96.51%。结论:注射用盐酸头孢吡肟可与生理氯化钠溶液配伍使用,但应在6 h内用完。

    Stability study of Cefepime Hydrochloride Injection combined with four common used liquids

    [Abstract] Objective: To investigate the stability between Cefepime Hydrochloride Injection and the four common used liquids in clinic by HPLC. Methods: Cefepime Hydrochloride Injection was combined with four liquids according to the clinical application, and the changes of pH value and the appearance of liquids 12 h under room temperature were observed, and then HPLC was employed to investigate the content change of Cefepime Hydrochloride Injection. Results: Under room temperature, the mixture of Cefepime Hydrochloride Injection and physiological solution of sodium chloride was almost stable within 6 h; the contents of Cefepime Hydrochloride Injection in the mixture of 10% glucose solution, 5% glucose sodium chloride solution and 5% glucose solution was decreased to 96.11%, 97.06% and 96.51% respectively along with the time within 8 h. Conclusion: Cefepime Hydrochloride Injection can be used with physiological solution of sodium chloride, but it must be used up in 6 h.

    盐酸头孢吡肟为第四代半合成头孢菌素,在保持第三代头孢菌素特性的同时,增强了对革兰阴性菌的抗菌活性,同时提高了β-内酰胺酶的稳定性,在较低浓度时即可抑制细菌细胞壁合成,对革兰阳性菌、阴性菌包括肠埃希菌属、铜绿假单胞菌、嗜血杆菌属、奈瑟淋球菌属、葡萄球菌及链球菌都有较强的抗菌活性,临床上主要用于各种严重感染如呼吸道感染、泌尿系统感染、胆道感染、败血症、非复杂性皮肤和皮肤软组织感染治疗。使用紫外分光光度法研究头孢吡肟与常用输液配伍的稳定性报道较多,本文采用高效液相色谱法对注射用盐酸头孢吡肟与临床常用的4种输液配伍的稳定性进行考察,以期为临床配伍用药提供依据。
