[摘要] 目的：探讨老年肺结核病的特点和护理对策。方法：对2003年5月～2007年5月在我院住院的60岁以上老年肺结核患者进行回顾性分析。结果：老年患者多伴有基础性疾病，当发生结核时，病程易迁延，药物耐受力差，毒副作用发生率高。结论：老年肺结核患者病情相对复杂，病情重，在护理上必须根据老年人的特点，有针对性地做好护理工作。

    Nursing countermeasure for old people's disease of pulmonary tuberculosis

    [Abstract] Objective: To investigate the characteristics and nursing countermeasure for old people's disease of pulmonary tuberculosis. Methods: The clinical data of the patients over 60 years old with disease of pulmonary tuberculosis from May 2003 to May 2007 in our hospital were analyzed retrospectively. Results: Old patients were likely to have basic diseases, their courses were easy to procrastinate, the medicine tolerance was bad, and the poisonous side reaction formation rate was serious. Conclusion: Due to the relatively heavy and complicated state of old patients with disease of pulmonary tuberculosis, much attention should be paid to nursing according to their features respectively. ......
