[摘要] 目的：评价4股半腱肌肌腱重建交叉韧带的临床疗效。方法：对18例前交叉韧带断裂、2例后交叉韧带断裂患者在关节镜下采用4股半腱肌肌腱进行重建。结果：20例患者均获得2～12个月随访，所有患者均无伸膝活动受限，膝关节屈曲活动均>110°。结论：关节镜下采用4股半腱肌肌腱和微型纽扣钢板重建交叉韧带，手术创伤小，重建韧带强度大，临床效果满意。

    Arthroscopic reconstruction of cruciate ligament with semitendinosus tendon and gracilis tendon

    [Abstract] Objective:To evaluate the short-term results of reconstruction of PCL、ACL with quadruple-stranded semitendinosus tendon and to discuss the key points of the surgery and postoperative rehabilitation. Methods: 18 cases of ACL、2 cases of PCL ruptures were reconstrucled arthroscopically with quadruple-stranded semitendinosus tendon. Results: 20 patients were followed up 2 to 12 months,without flexion limitation of knee joint,and the flexion of the knee joint >110°. Conclusion: Arthroscopicreconstruction of cuciateligamentwith quadruplw-strandedsemitendinosus tendon can result in limited invasion,strong graft and satisfactory clinical results. ......
