[摘要] 目的：通过对75例外伤性腹膜后血肿的临床分析，以提高对外伤性腹膜后血肿的早期诊断和早期治疗。方法：回顾性分析我院2000年3月～2008年 7月收治的75例外伤性腹膜后血肿的临床资料。结果：治愈70例，腹主动脉刺破死亡1例，合并严重多发伤死亡4例。结论：早期诊断、早期治疗外伤性腹膜后血肿对降低死亡率、提高腹膜后损伤治愈率具有重要的临床意义。

    Clinical analysis of 75 cases with traumatic retroperitoneal hematoma

    [Abstract] Objective:To improve the early diagnosis and treatment for traumatic retroperitoneal hematoma. Methods:Data of 75 cases of traumatic retroperitoneal hematoma from March 2000 to July 2008 was analyzed. Results:70 cases cured,1 case died from abdominal artery rupture,4 cases died from severe multiple complications. Conclusion：For traumatic retrogeritoneal hematoma patients, early diagnosis and treatment are important for decreasing the death rate and improving the cure rate.
