大鼠胃黏膜电切术后止血治疗前后局部组织中CTGF和EGF-R的变化(1)

[摘要] 目的：明确大鼠胃黏膜电切术后创面局部胃壁组织中CTGF和EGF-R变化的意义，以及止血治疗对这一变化的影响。方法：48只大鼠随机分成4组，正常对照组、未治疗组、酚磺乙胺组和6-氨基己酸组。除正常对照组外，其余各组动物均接受剖腹手术，通过胃窦前壁小切口行胃窦黏膜电切术。用酚磺乙胺注射液(0.09 mg/kg)和6-氨基己酸注射液(0.72 mg/kg)行腹腔内注射，2次/d。未治疗组术后用等量生理盐水腹腔注射。酚磺乙胺组、6-氨基己酸组和未治疗组大鼠分别于术后第1、2、4周用离断颈椎法分批处死。正常对照组不做特殊处理，适应性喂养1周后处死。留取电切术后局部胃壁组织行石蜡切片。用SABC法进行CTGF和EGF-R免疫组化染色。用图像分析测定2种生长因子阳性表达部位的积分密度值(IOD)。结果：正常大鼠胃壁组织中有少量CTGF及EGF-R表达。电切术后这种阳性表达明显增加；而酚磺乙胺注射液和6-氨基己酸注射液腹腔注射后，2种生长因子的IOD增加更明显，特别是术后第14天。结论：电切术后壁细胞参与了黏膜损伤修复的调节，酚磺乙胺与6-氨基己酸的运用有助于切除部位创面的愈合。

The changes of CTGF and EGF-R in local tissues of rats before and after hemostasis after mucosa resection

[Abstract] Objective: To investigate the significance of changes of CTGF and EGF-R in rat gastric tissue around the gastric electricision wound after mucosa resection. Methods: 48 rats were randomly divided into normal control group, untreated group, etamsylate group and amidocaproic acid group. Gastric mucosa electricision was made with radio knife in all rats of every group except normal control group. Etamsylate Injection (0.09 mg/kg) and Amidocaproic Acid Injection (0.72 mg/kg) were used to develop intraperitoneal injection for twice one day, the untreated group received intraperitoneal injection with normal sodium of same volume. Rats in etamsylate group, amidocaproic group and untreated group were respectively sacrificed at 1, 2, and 4 weeks after operation. Rats in normal control group did not treated, they were sacrificed 1 week after adaptable feeding, and local gastric wall tissue after operation was obtained to develop paraffin sections ......
