CO2激光联合卡介菌多糖核酸注射液治疗尖锐湿疣疗效观察

[摘要] 目的:观察CO2激光联合卡介菌多糖核酸注射液治疗尖锐湿疣的疗效。方法:将225例尖锐湿疣患者随机分为两组,CO2激光联合卡介菌多糖核酸治疗组,先用CO2激光击割疣体,后用卡介菌多糖核酸注射液2 ml,隔日1次肌注,共用9次为一疗程;对照组仅在局麻作用下用CO2激光治疗。结果:联合治疗组一次治愈率为87.1%,对照组为57.8%,两组间有显著性差异(P<0.01)。结论:CO2激光联合卡介菌多糖核酸注射液治疗尖锐湿疣优于单独应用CO2激光治疗。
