[摘要] 目的:探讨锁定加压钢板系统(locking compression plate,LCP)治疗股骨骨折的疗效。方法:对2006年6月～2008年6月收治的18例股骨骨折采用锁定加压钢板系统手术治疗并做术后随访。结果:病例均随访6～24个月,平均12个月。X线显示骨折均愈合良好,无畸形愈合及延迟愈合,无钉板松动以及骨折固定失败病例。结论:锁定加压钢板技术是治疗股骨骨折的一种行之有效的方法。

    Analysis of 18 cases of locking compression plate in treatment of fracture of femur

    [Abstract] Objective: To observe effects of locking compression plate in treatment of fracture of femur. Methods: The clinical data of 18 patients which underwent operation of LCP between June 2006 and June 2008 were analyzed. Results: All the patients were followed up for 6 to 24 months, averaged 12 months.No nunion and delayed union occurred,no infection and internal failure happened.
