[摘要] 目的:观察艾迪注射液配合化疗药物对晚期胃肠道腺癌的血清血管内皮生长因子(serum vascular endothelial growth factor,sVEGF)的影响,研究艾迪注射液的抗肿瘤血管生成的疗效。方法:应用酶联免疫吸附法(enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay,ELISA)检测实验组34例(艾迪注射液加化疗)和对照组33例(单纯化疗)患者治疗前后血清VEGF水平。结果:实验组治疗后sVEGF水平为(397.83±180.72) pg/ml,明显低于治疗前(P<0.05);晚期胃癌和大肠癌治疗后sVEGF水平分别为(401.20±183.87) pg/ml和(395.30±183.08) pg/ml,明显低于治疗前(P<0.05)。对照组治疗后sVEGF水平有所下降,为(502.29±248.96) pg/ml,与治疗前无显著性差异(P>0.05)。实验组中晚期胃癌的sVEGF下降水平与晚期大肠癌比较,无显著性差异(P>0.05)。结论:艾迪注射液配合化疗可以降低晚期胃肠道恶性肿瘤患者的sVEGF水平,有利于抑制肿瘤的发展。
