细胞因子对急性心肌梗死的影响及其相关作用机制的研究进展(1)

     [摘要] 急性心肌梗死(AMI)可以引起炎症反应的多种表现,常伴随组织坏死和炎性细胞浸润。细胞因子在上述过程中起着重要作用。细胞因子是由淋巴细胞、单核细胞、巨噬细胞及血管内皮细胞等多种细胞所分泌的多肽,它们在炎症反应过程中释放入血,它们在血中的浓度能反映机体炎症的阶段与程度。对不同细胞因子在急性心肌梗死的炎症反应中所起的作用进行综述,有助于进一步认识其分子机制。

    Study progress of influence and related mechanism of action of cytokine in acute myocardial infarction

    [Abstract] Acute myocardial infarction can cause many manifestations of inflammatory reaction which is often accompanied with necrosis of tissue and infiltration of inflammatory cells. Cytokine play an important role in the above mentioned process. Cytokine is a kind of polypeptides secreted by many cells, such as lymphocyte, mononuclear cell, macrophage, vascular endothelial cell and so on. Cytokines are released into blood in the process of inflammatory reaction, and their concentration in blood can reflect the stage and degree of inflammation. Reviewing the roles played by different cytokines in the inflammatory reaction of acute myocardial infarction can help to know their mechanisms at molecular level. ......
