单采血小板输注无效18例临床观察(1)

[摘要] 目的:探讨输注单采血小板无效的原因及提高输注的有效率。方法:以出血症状改善情况、血小板计数增高指数(CCI)、血小板恢复百分率(PPR)为标准,观察我院95例患者的223例次单采血小板输注情况及效果。结果:95例单采血小板输注患者中有18例输注无效,发生率为18.9%。结论:单采血小板输注无效率相当高,应引起临床的高度重视,需综合考虑血小板计数、出血情况及其他影响因素,避免滥用血小板,提高单采血小板的输注有效率。
