[摘要] 目的:探讨胸腔积液对肺静脉血流影响。方法:选取结核性胸腔积液患者61例,以积液量分为四组,A组,中等量右胸腔积液15例;B组,中等量左胸腔积液21例;C组,大量右胸腔积液15例;D组,大量左胸腔积液10例。测量右肺上静脉血流速度。结果:抽液后A、B、C组各指标无变化;D组收缩期峰值流速升高,P<0.05,有显著性差异。结论:左胸腔大量积液后,右肺上静脉收缩期峰值流速减低。

    Echocardiography assessment for pleural effusion effect on blood speed of pulmonary vein

    [Abstract] Objective: To study the pleural effusion effect on blood speed of pulmonary vein. Methods: 61 cases with pleural effusion were divided into group A (15 cases )with middle volume effusion in right pleura cavity, group B (21 cases) with middle volume effusion in left pleura cavity, group C (15 cases) with large volume effusion in right pleura cavity and group D (10 cases) with large volume effusion in left pleura cavity. Right superior pulmonary vein blood speed including systole and diastole was measured. Results: After effusion was drawn, indexes of A, B and C group did not change. Right superior pulmonary vein systole blood speed of D group rised, P<0.05. Conclusion: With left pleura cavity large volume effusion, right superior pulmonary vein systole blood speed lower. ......
